WHAT DOES YOUR BRAND MEAN?
What do people first think about you? What should be the one and only thing they’ll tell about you to others?
WHO ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Seriously, who are they? What are they thinking about? What are their goals and problems? Why do they choose you?
HOW DO PEOPLE PERCEIVE YOU?
Where can they get in touch with your brand? How can you achieve to represent exactly the same thing every time?
WHAT ARE YOU SELLING?
What, where, how, and for how much are you selling? Which of these is where you can do better than anyone else?
HOW DO YOU BUILD AWARENESS?
How will people know about you? How can you get them to know you – even before they need you?
