As part of a 360° rebranding process, I have been responsible to lead a UX research & design project to improve the client’s existing website. In the last 5 months, I have been designing workshops, interviewing customers and gathering data to understand their users’ problems.

With the support of an amazing scientist team at Notch, I am now at the design phase of the project, building my solutions to solve those problems. I will share the detailed case study of this project soon.
